The city of
Jaboatão dos Guararapes is located in the north-east of Brazil. The BASF site
there was established in 1979 and manufactures about 70,000 metric tons of
decorative paints of the Suvinil and Glasurit brands per year. The production
plant is important to cover coatings demand in the north-east of the country
and to support business in Brazil.
