Totsuka

The Totsuka plant in Japan is the home of the headquarters of BASF Coatings Japan Ltd. The plant is located in the Kanagawa Prefecture and is equipped with modern and leading edge production systems. The Japanese site currently has about 150 employees. On a total area of 100,000 square meters, there are various factories for the production of automotive OEM and industrial coatings as well as numerous research facilities. The Totsuka plant is certified to the ISO 9001 standard and has a strict quality management system with a special focus on safety, health and environmental protection.
