Job-Rotation

As trainee you are working for a certain time in different areas of the company before you enter your target position. The trainee program is tailored to the individual needs of our trainees. Both the respective talents and qualifications and the future target position are of key importance in customising the program.

Mentoring system and in-house seminars

Throughout the entire traineeship you will be under the wing of an experienced mentor from the management and of HR Development. In addition, you will extend your personal and professional knowledge by means of in-house seminars and networking events with other trainees and managers.
