Agreement with Peugeot (CP 2/2009)

R-M solidifying its position in China

At the end of 2008, BASF Coatings signed an agreement with Dongfeng Peugeot for the supply of premium R-M^® refinish products.

New partner: Dongfeng Peugeot and BASF Coatings rely on R-M® refinish products in China.

Following the deal that has been in effect with Citroën since 2007, R-M now is partnering with a second brand of the French automotive group, i.e. PSA in China, substantially increasing its presence in that country.

“We are very pleased to be working with R-M to enhance refinishing quality and to even exceed customer expectations,” said Guo Heping, After Sales Director at Peugeot China, which maintains 150 service centers.
