BASF on Music Television – now that’s something new.
The tuning specialists from the hit MTV show, “Pimp My Ride,” worked together with R-M^® in the last season.

From September to December 2009, ten cars - largely ready for the junkyard - were transformed into unique custom vehicles on camera. CARIZZMA by R-M allowed for extraordinary color designs and effects.

“MTV chose R-M because the company is an ideal partner: good communications, responsive and dynamic,” said MTV’s Tugdual Queneau, in charge of GT Entertainment/ProRider. “Pimp My Ride” is a U.S. television show in which a car belonging to a viewer is fixed up overnight, custom paint job included. The season with R-M’s involvement was the first to be shown in Europe and Northern Africa.
