BASF Coatings recognized in PACE Awards.

BASF Coatings earned the PACE honorable mention. The photo shows from left to right from BASF Coatings Dan Wright (Product Marketing Manager), Tim December (Group Leader), Jay Baker (Group Vice President), Deanna Dowell (Product Manager) and Greg Menovick (Technical Manager).

In 2008, BASF Coatings received an “Honorable Mention” in the Products category at the 14th annual PACE Awards (Premier Automotive Suppliers’ Contribution to Excellence) held in Detroit.

The PACE Awards are conferred jointly by the U.S. trade journal Automotive News, Microsoft, SAP and the Transportation Research Center in recognition of suppliers’ contributions to automobile manufacturing quality through technologically superior and/or economical products, processes, information technology, materials or services.

Within the industry, this recognition is universally considered the ultimate badge for innovation.
